Shipping and Returns
Delivery and Shipping.
Orders under $100.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $3.75. All International orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15 but please be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and Paypal.
Order Status. Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock will ship the next business day. Items that are currently out stock will ship immediately after their arrival (usually between 1-3 business days). Items purchased that are backordered and do not become available within the 1-3 business days time period will be refunded to the purchasing bank/credit card on file. A confirmation email will be sent with delivery information once an order is processed.
Please note that we do not ship on holidays and weekends. All orders placed between 12:00pm on Fridays and 11:59pm on Sundays will be processed on the following business day.
We want you to love your new arm candy If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange after obtaining a return authorization number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 5 day period. To receive a refund, your item must still be unworn and in its original packaging. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item. Custom ordered jewelry, special order items and final sale are not returnable.
Damages and Claims
Please inspect immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, email email@example.com and let us know what went wrong. You must contact within 24 hours of receipt to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.
