Whether I was helping nonna cook or clean the dishes, I was always right by my nonna's side as she would constantly remind me of how I'd one day need to cook for my husband and family. Now more than ever I appreciate her cooking as most of her dishes are simple and simply perfected for over 60 years! Her recipes are also "traditional" of Sicily and in particular Castellammare del Golfo.
