Shipping/Return Policy


Delivery and Shipping

Orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99. All International orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $25 but please be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and Paypal. 

Order Status. Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock will ship within 2-3 days. Items that are currently out stock will ship immediately after their arrival (usually between 4-5 business days). Items purchased that are backordered and do not become available will be refunded to the purchasing bank/credit card on file. A confirmation email will be sent with delivery information once an order is processed. 

Please note that we do not ship on holidays and weekends.
 All orders placed between 12:00pm on Fridays and 11:59pm on Sundays will be processed on the following business day. 



We want you to love your purchase!

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange after obtaining a return authorization number by emailing Special orders items (e 2-3 week lead time items) may be exchanged or returned for store credit only**

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 5 day period.

To receive a refund, your item must still be unworn and in its original packaging.  All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item. - Please note original shipping charges are NOT refundable


Ship your package using a reachable, insured shipping method as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise, we will process your returns/exchanges. Please allow 7-10 business day for processing. If at any time you are having trouble with your return, please an email to


Damages and Claims

Please inspect immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, email  and let us know what went wrong. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.
