Where do you ship from?
We ship from our NJ studio with USPS first class mail. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking info. Expedited shipping services are available at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our usual ship time is 2-4 business days to make sure we have time to make your pieces if they're not already in stock. Once your order is in the mail it should take about 2-4 days within the US and 10-17 days for other countries. If you need something sooner, expedited shipping services are avialable at checkout.

How should the bracelets fit?
There’s no right or wrong! It all depends on what feels comfortable for you. However, you don’t want them too tight so they don’t move because they will leave marks on your skin . You also don’t want them too tight where they go flying off your wrist! One thing to keep in mind is... that as you stack 3,4 or more, our arm gets wider and therefore the bracelets will fit tighter. As a rule of thumb, Oriana’s wrist measures 6” in diameter and she wears our standard size 7.5” bracelets.
I need the bracelet smaller, what do I do?
Very simple! You can just drop us a message in the “note” section at checkout and we will make them according to your request. If you’re not sure what size you need, you can refer to our sizing guide or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new arm candy!
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange after obtaining a return authorization number by emailing email@example.com.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 5 day period.
To receive a refund, your item must still be unworn and in its original packaging. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item. - Please note original shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Special order items and sale items are not returnable.
